Alison has more than 15 years’ experience as an international finance lawyer. She has advised on a wide range of corporate governance and commercial issues.  At the height of the European sovereign-debt crisis, she worked on Greece’s historic debt restructuring.

In line with her passion for addressing ESG issues, her non-executive and pro-bono work spans a range of environmental and social welfare projects. Alison is trained in improving efficiency and processes and reducing operational waste. She led a project that helped to significantly increase profitability and save unproductive time in her law firm.

Alison's interest in food and a healthy lifestyle have stayed with her from her childhood in Sydney and attracted her to Alexandra Rose Charity.
