Please read the following terms & conditions carefully before taking part in the blind auction to win a pair of Centre Court tickets for The Wimbledon Championships on Thursday, 11th July 2024.
1.0 The highest bid in the Alexandra Rose Charity Wimbledon auction will win a pair of Centre Court tickets for The Championships on Thursday, July 11, 2024, which the Wimbledon Foundation has donated. The scheduled programme of play for this day is the Ladies’ Singles Semi-finals.
2.0 Alexandra Rose Charity will send the winner a link to their Big Give fundraising campaign for donating the ticket money. The winning bidder must pay the bid amount via card payment into the campaign by 23:59pm on Wednesday 5th June 2024. This means the money raised from the auction will be doubled by match funders, doubling its impact.
3.0 If funds are not paid to Alexandra Rose Charity Big Give campaign by 23.59pm on Wednesday 5th June 2024, without communication with Eloise Jarrett (Individual Giving, Legacy and Community Fundraiser) as to why, tickets will be allocated to the second highest bidder. Cash, cheque, or BACS transfer will not be accepted.
4.0 Alexandra Rose Charity will announce the amount of money raised through the auction of the tickets to its supporter base via email, social media and its website blog. Alexandra Rose Charity will also inform the Wimbledon Foundation of funds raised through the auction of the tickets.
5.0 Tickets will be issued subject to the AELTC’s Conditions of Sale and Conditions of Entry.
6.0 Tickets will be issued digitally via the Wimbledon app. Ticket holders will need to sign up for a myWimbledon account and install the Wimbledon app on their phones to receive tickets.
7.0 Tickets cannot be transferred to a different date or year and must be used in the year (2024) that they are allocated.
8.0 The tickets allocated are at the discretion of the Wimbledon Foundation and cannot be exchanged.
9.0 Ticket holders must make their own travel arrangements for arriving at The Championships. Information can be found online with the Ticket Holder’s Handbook at Planning Your Day.
10.0 Tickets do not include any access to private hospitality or Debenture Holder areas, and no food or drink costs are included in this offer.
