Caroline worked at the Foreign Commonwealth and Development office for over 30 years. Following that she completed a MSc in Nutrition for Global Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is also involved with FoodCycle and Borough Food Cooperative. In her spare time she enjoys, reading, gardening, cooking, the arts, and spending time with friends and family.
