Lucy is an experienced accounts technician and has a wide scope of experience working in finance and administration for charities in the Early Years, adults with learning difficulties, and adult education sectors.
She started her career as a chef but always found the nutritional and theoretical side of cooking more enjoyable than the cooking itself and has maintained a keen interest in nutrition and reducing food waste.
When not at work she loves spending time in her garden, with her family, walking her two dogs, and going to the theatre or cinema.
