We are excited to share with you the incredible impact that Apricity, an amazing Mayfair-based, Michelin Green Star restaurant focused on low-waste cooking and sustainable food sourcing, has made in supporting the Alexandra Rose Charity to provide fresh fruit and vegetables to families on low incomes.
Throughout the months of May and June 2023, Apricity’s amazing patrons came together to raise over £1000 through their generous donations.
Each diner at Apricity had the opportunity to contribute by adding just 50p to the cost of their meal. Thanks to their support, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those facing food insecurity.
The need for our services is increasing rapidly. It took 7 years to issue 1 million Rose Vouchers for Fruit and Veg and only a further 18 months to reach 2 million, making donations like this vital in us reaching those most in need. So, we would like to say a massive thank you to Chantelle Nicholson, her team, and all those diners who donated at Apricity for their generosity and support!
