Earlier this month some of the team from one of our brilliant corporate supporters, Artemis, joined us and Nika’s Kitchen, to prepare and share lunch with families receiving Rose Vouchers in Hackney.
We had a wonderful day meeting over 40 local families and enjoying a healthy meal made with fruit & veg bought with Rose Vouchers. A huge thanks to the team at Artemis, Anika from Nika’s Kitchen, staff from the local children’s centres and all the families who came to support the day.
“I have been part of this amazing initiative for 10 years and I have seen so many families come though the centre doors to get their Rose Vouchers. Many of our families are facing much economic hardship but Rose Vouchers have been there to support them financially ,socially and emotionally over the years. I have personally seen generations of families come through the doors to access the vouchers and I feel so very proud that Sebright, Minik Kardes, Comet and Comet at Thomas Fairchild have been part of this amazing journey. The generosity of Alexandra Rose and their funders is greatly appreciated.
